The Canadian Conservatory of Dance Arts is a newly established, registered non-profit corporation dedicated to fostering the next generation of professional dance artists in Canada.
Founded by a coalition of leading choreographers, educators, and arts administrators, the Conservatory was created to fill a critical need in the Canadian dance landscape: a full-time, rigorous, and contemporary professional training program rooted in artistic excellence and industry readiness. We believe in cultivating not just highly skilled dancers, but informed, adaptable, and articulate professionals ready to meet the demands of a global career.
Our commitment is two-fold:
Artistic Rigour: To provide comprehensive training across classical, contemporary, and commercial disciplines, ensuring a versatile skill set.
Professional Development: To mentor artists in choreography, teaching, self-management, and arts advocacy, preparing them for sustained careers.
While we are officially incorporated and operating as a non-profit organization, we are currently an applicant institution seeking regulatory approval to operate our vocational programs. We look forward to launching our inaugural class once all required governmental approvals have been granted.
